We’ve all been there and heard it before. Our bestie is so excited about her choice of bridesmaid dresses, and yells from the showroom “and the good news is... you can wear it again!” Insert *eye roll* from behind the dressing room door.
We have great news for all you cynics...gone are the days we will look back and say “what were we thinking?” Designers have listened to our feedback and have answered our requests for styles that can be transformed from wedding glam, to re-wearable with a few simple modifications or additions. Whether we are out on the town shopping, catching lunch with our girlfriends or attending a fancy Gala downtown, we will show you exactly how to re-wear and style one of our “27 dresses”.

One of the easiest ways to transform a bridesmaid dress is by adding one of our favorite go-to accessories. We love a gorgeous chunky statement necklace or a fun blazer. We added a pop of color with this floral blazer on top of this silk shift cocktail length dress by designer Natalie Deayala. Pair it with a nude pump or sandal and you will be the “It Girl” at any night out on the town, or dinner date with your favorite beau. A statement necklace can really take this shift dress from simple to glamorous in no time.

Coffee, brunch, or simply hanging out with our girlfriends? Simply add a leather bomber jacket, printed scarf, or statement earrings to complete an effortless outfit. Wedges or booties go perfect with this more casual look.

This may not be appropriate for Black Friday chaos (what is, really?) but any other day shopping downtown can be done by adding a pocket tee or tank to our favorite wrap skirt by Joanna August. If comfort is required (isn’t it always?) throw an off-the-shoulder sweater over your shift, wrap your hair in a top knot, and head out the door!

Slip into some flats and a floppy hat to really nail that Kate Moss, boho chic look. Choose a bright colored clutch and your favorite pair of shades to compliment your floor length maxi like the Elena Long by Joanna August.

My heart is pounding with just the thought of Ed Sheeran again at Jazz Fest 2015. Swoon! We never miss chance to rock out at any music festival within a 3 state radius. Our favorite festival attire is the Stephanie Long by Joanna August with a flowing kimono, a low bun and super cute fedora to top it off.

Remember ladies, you don't have to break the bank with your bridesmaids dress choice. Get creative with your styling and you can go from down the aisle to out on the town in no time!
