Katie May Neu launched her bridal collection in 2012, Katie May, after designing her younger sister’s wedding gown, which gained international attention from brides in search of a nontraditional backless gown. Since launching, her continual goal is to enhance the bridal experience by offering unparalleled customer care with sensually modern gowns. 

Katie May opened their bridal salon, located in downtown Los Angeles, offering a selection of backless gowns exquisite in aesthetic, quality, and construction.  Each gown is built to accentuate the female form, executed through meticulous pattern construction. Handmade by the finest artisans in Los Angeles using the highest quality of materials sourced around the world to ensure satisfaction with each gown created.

Katie May has introduced an improved level of craftsmanship and dedication to the bridal market, which has been popularly received by both brides and retailers alike.  

In 2016, Katie May launched Noel and Jean, a bridal collection inspired by her two sisters, as well as Katie May Bridesmaids.  Both collections have impeccable fit and are proudly made here in Los Angeles by the same artisans that create Katie May.

While designing is a huge part of Katie May’s life, her true joy is spending time with her husband, Conor, their son, River Michael, and their daughters Hazel Jean & Winter May.
